A research project

A research project on the level of access for the elderly and people with disabilities to protection services.

In partnership with the Bright Future of Syria Organization and the International Foundation for Social Development in its implementation.

The period:

14 months from 1/3/2020 to 30/4/2021

Goal:

To monitor the ability of the elderly and people with disabilities to access protection services

Target:

100 elderly and a person with disabilities, both male and female.

Scope of implementation:

Maarat Misrin and Idlib

Activities:

Focused discussion sessions, one-on-one interviews, linking the target audience with service providers.

Success stories:

Medad Organization closely previewed the reality of the elderly and people with disabilities and approved the decision of 20% of the executive management employees inside Syria with disabilities.
